CHFP Athletes post strong performances at US, Canadian National Championships
Over two weekends in May, four CHFP athletes participated in national championships in the US and in Canada. The USA Weightlifting National Championships took place on May 9-12 in Memphis, TN. First up was Laura Bligh in the 59 kg class. Laura went 4/6 with a best snatch of 72 kg and a best clean and jerk of 96 kg.
