CHFP Weightlifting was established in 2013 for weightlifters dedicated to preparing for and competing in local, national and international weightlifting competitions.

​

CHFP Weightlifting competition team members have won numerous medals at every USAW National Championship - Senior, Youth, Junior, University/U25, Masters - and at the American Open Finals.  Additionally, several members have represented Team USA and earned medals at Youth. Junior and Masters international competitions.

 

Led by Head Coach Cara Heads Slaughter, the club holds competition team workouts on Saturday afternoons.
