Group Weightlifting Coaching


Group weightlifting coaching is an affordable alternative to private coaching. Group coaching is offered on weekdays, Monday-Thursday.


Each training session is 1.5 hours. Groups are comprised of 12-15 athletes. Some of the athletes are competitive lifters, some are training for their first competition, and some are just trying to improve their technical proficiency. ​



Group Coaching Basic: $145.00/month

  • One session per week

  • Individualized programming


Group Coaching Plus: $185.00/month

  • One session per week

  • Individualized programming

  • Open Access Membership: Access to designated training areas Mon-Thu, 3:30 pm -8:30 pm

  • Open Gym Membership: Full gym access during Open Gym hours on Tue, Thu, Fri, Sat and Sun.

Tuesday, 5:30 PM-7:00 PM

Wednesday, 5:30 PM-7:00 PM

Thursday, 5:30 PM-7:00 PM; 7:15 PM-8:45 PM

NOTE: It is strongly encouraged that athletes participate in a CHFP six-week technique class, clinic or camp, or complete a private coaching session with CHFP senior coaching staff to confirm a requisite level of technical proficiency in the snatch, the clean, and the jerk.
