Group Weightlifting Coaching


Group weightlifting coaching is an affordable alternative to private coaching. Group coaching is offered on week days, Monday-Thursday.


Each training session is 1.5 hours. Groups are comprised of 12-15 athletes. Some of the athletes are competitive lifters, some are training for their first competition, and some are just trying to improve their technical proficiency. ​



Group Coaching Basic: $140.00/month

  • One session per week

  • Individualized programming


Group Coaching Plus: $175.00/month

  • One session per week

  • Individualized programming

  • Open Workout membership


Current Group Session Schedule:

Monday, 7:00 PM-8:30 PM

Tuesday, 1:30 PM- 3:00 PM, 4:50 PM-6:20 PM

Wednesday, 1:30 PM- 3:00 PM, 7:00 PM-8:30 PM

Thursday, 5:30 PM-7:00 PM, 7:15 PM- 8:45 PM

NOTE: It is strongly encouraged that athletes participate in a CHFP six-week technique class, clinic or camp, or complete a private coaching session with Cara to confirm a requisite level of technical proficiency in the snatch, the clean, and the jerk.
