Group Weightlifting Coaching

 

Group weightlifting coaching is an affordable alternative to private coaching. Group coaching is offered on weekdays, Monday-Thursday.

 

Each training session is 1.5 hours. Groups are comprised of 12-15 athletes. Many of the athletes are competitive lifters, some are training for their first competition, while others follow our programming and focus on weightlifting as their principal form of fitness. ​

 

Pricing:

Group Coaching Basic: $150.00/month

  • One session per week

  • Individualized programming

 

Group Coaching Plus: $195.00/month

  • One session per week

  • Individualized programming

  • Open Gym Membership

 

Current Group Session Schedule:

Monday, 5:30 PM-7:00 PM; 7:15 PM-8:45 PM

Tuesday, 3:30-4:30 (Remote via Zoom); 5:30 PM-7:00 PM

Wednesday, 5:30 PM-7:00 PM

Thursday, 5:30 PM-7:00 PM; 7:15 PM-8:45 PM

All athletes must complete a FREE 30-minute 1:1 assessment (and additional coaching sessions as needed) with CHFP senior coaching staff to confirm a requisite level of technical proficiency in the snatch, the clean, and the jerk. Assessments are available by appointment Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday.
