CHFP Weightlifting Competes at Baltimore Open
CHFP Weightlifting was well represented at the 2015 Baltimore Open on February 7-8 at CrossFit Athletic Asylum/CrossFit White Marsh. Seven CHPF athletes put in the work and got rewarded on the platform.
We had several PR performances and four athletes experienced their first weightlifting competition. Congrats to Toni Binning, Emily Baskin, Grace Chung, Krizsti Fulwiler, Carrie Evavold, April Ghiroli, and Mario Martinez.
A huge thanks to our coaching staff who put in many hours over the weekend and worked hard to ensure team members were ready to compete at their best- Christine Cardwell, Evy Voltaire and Toni Binning.
