Teen Strength & Conditioning and Sports Performance
The CHFP Teen Strength & Conditioning and Sports Performance program helps young athletes train, compete, and reduce the likelihood of injury. Long-term, it will enable the young athlete to maintain a healthy and active lifestyle into their adult years.
Our professionally-designed and supervised program is focused on building athletes from the ground up. Rooted in long-term athletic development and injury prevention for athlete longevity, we incorporate various types of training modalities to create:
Designed and supervised by Coach Ify Achebe, M.S., CSCS, each training session is 1.5 hours and includes warm-up and cool down. Ideal for all youth-age (12 years old+) athletes in all sports, novice to elite.
Schedule and Pricing:
Three supervised group sessions per week - Tuesday and Thursday, 3:30 pm-5:00 pm and Sunday, 8:30 am-10:00 am.
