The Six Week Technique Class
The Six Week Weightlifting Technique Class provides participants hands-on practical instruction on performing the snatch and the clean and jerk from International Coach and Olympian Cara Heads Slaughter in a workshop format.
The classes are held weekly at our training center. Emphasizing proper technique as the critical foundation for learning the Olympic lifts, this class is ideal for athletes new to using the snatch and the clean and jerk. It is also great for experienced lifters and coaches to identify and correct bad habits, and become more efficient technically in the lifts to improve speed & power. The technique class is limited to six participants allowing Coach Cara considerable time to work with each athlete and coach individually.
