CHFP and Maryland-Potomac Valley LWC present Referee Clinic & High School Meet

On Saturday, December 6, CH Fitness & Performance and the Maryland-Potomac Valley Local Weightlifting Committee presented a Weightlifting Referee Clinic and High School Developmental Meet at CrossFit South Arlington. Several area coaches and youth athletes participated in the day-long event. LWC President and 2015 American Open Meet Director, John Filippini faciliated the clinic, and Cara Heads Slaughter coordinated the high school meet.
