Bramble collects Gold at Youth Pan Ams

Team USA has returned safely to the US from the Youth Pan American Weightlifting Championships in Palmira, Colombia with a healthy haul of individual medals and team awards. CHFP Weightlifting athlete Cole Bramble was a perfect 3 for 3 in the snatch with a personal best of 131k to win the Gold for snatch.

A misinterpretation of the 20kg rule invalidated an easy opener in the clean and jerk at 156kg, and two misses at 161kg resulted in no total. Tough result, but the future for Cole looks very, very good as he makes his way into the Junior ranks in 2018.
